RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS POLICY

Casmir believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouses and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • For hygiene reasons there is NO refund on facemasks, swimwear, hats, socks, caps, undergarments, drink bottles and goggles. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product is faulty or not fit for purposes.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once our customer service team has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. Package the item in its original packaging, we request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the goods.

  • In case of any Refunds approved, it’ll take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

​You can exchange your item for a different size for free within 7 days after receiving your order.

Please note: Personalized items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

  • Start an exchange on the website from your ordered items and follow the instructions.

  • Within 4-5 business days, the carrier will collect the item(s) at the original delivery address.

  • The returned item will be checked at the warehouse in 2 business days.

  • Once Quality check is passed, the warehouse will ship the new item back to the consumer in 4-5 business days.
