RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Casmir, every piece is designed with a focus on performance, fit, and refined minimal aesthetics. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — with a strong preference for quick and seamless size exchanges.​​​​ Trusted by 1000s of customers, Casmir pieces are designed for a precise fit and are best chosen thoughtfully rather than for trial-based use.

 

EXCHANGES (RECOMMENDED)

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • No additional cost

  • Faster resolution than returns

  • Priority processing

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we highly recommend opting for an exchange to ensure the best experience.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Size or fit concerns

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags intact

  • Packed in original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

RETURN HANDLING FEE

A nominal ₹100 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for non-defective returns.

This allows us to maintain high-quality reverse logistics while continuing to offer a smooth customer experience.

No fee is charged for exchanges.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photo or video evidence

Once verified, a full refund will be processed. In certain cases, you may be advised to discard the product.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Facemasks

  • Swimwear

  • Socks, caps, undergarments

  • Bottles and accessories

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is picked up and passes quality inspection

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days

  • The final amount will reflect any applicable return handling fee

IMPORTANT NOTE

To maintain a fair experience for all customers:

Repeated high-return activity may result in restrictions on return or Cash on Delivery (COD) services for future orders.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

Once the order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
