We do encourage all forms of creative suggestions, ideas, designs. But before you do that, we recommend that you submit only original ideas/designs. Casmir believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouses, and they have initiated the process of shipping them. For hygiene reasons there is NO refund on facemasks, swimwear, hats, socks, caps, undergarments, drink bottles and goggles. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product is faulty or not fit for purposes. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once our customer service team has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. Package the item in its original packaging, we request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the goods. Submit return request

​You can exchange your item for a different size for free within 7 days after receiving your order. Please note: Personalized items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Start an exchange on the website from your ordered items and follow the instructions. Within 4-5 business days, the carrier will collect the item(s) at the original delivery address. The returned item will be checked at the warehouse in 2 business days. Once Quality check is passed, the warehouse will ship the new item back to the consumer in 4-5 business days. Our aim is to use the best possible fabrics available to create Casmir products. This includes usage of 100% individual fabric or a blend of two or more fabrics. Polyester - The most widely used fabric in Casmir products due to its unique properties. Polyester has various advantages, the most noticeable ones are the strength, flexibility and moisture wicking capabilities. This versatile fabric blends well with natural fabric like cotton as well as synthetic fabric like spandex, thus offering a perfect combination of comfort and performance. Spandex - Also known as elastane, spandex is a highly elastic synthetic fiber made from polyurethane. It can stretch approximately up to 5-8 times its original size, thus offering exceptional flexibility and comfort. Spandex is a strong fabric which is also lightweight and well known for its moisture-wicking properties. At Casmir, we have a list of products which are a blend of spandex and polyester, both together are one of the best combinations for sportswear. Modal - An incredibly soft fabric, modal is a type of semi-synthetic cellulose fiber. It is known for its softness, smooth texture and luxurious feel. Being highly breathable and 50% more absorbent than cotton, this is one of the fabrics used in Casmir active products. Cotton - One of the natural fibers which we use in Casmir products, cotton is very well known and widely used fabric in most of the textile industries since centuries owing to its strength and durability. At Casmir, we use cotton as an individual as well as blend in making quality products. Nylon - Made from plastic polymers, nylon is mostly used only as small blend in few of the Casmir products where the expectation is water resistance along with strength, durability and light weight.
