WHAT ARE CASMIR'S DELIVERY OPTIONS?

During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date. We offer the following delivery options:

Standard delivery

Metro Cities: Approx. 3-5 Days
Non-Metro Cities: Approx. 4-7 Days

Additional information

Orders are processed on business days, except for national holidays.
Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during festivals and public holidays.
Free Delivery for orders above Rs 2000.
For Orders below Rs 2000, shipping fee of Rs 99 will be applicable.
On the day your order will be delivered, the courier will send you a text message with a one-time password. When the courier arrives with your order, you'll need to provide the password to accept the delivery.

DOES MY CASMIR ORDER NEED TO CLEAR CUSTOMS?

If you order from abroad, your local customs regulations require verification of your national ID, passport or delivery information to clear and deliver your order. Bear in mind that the address on your documents must match the delivery address for the order or you'll need to provide proof of address in addition to your documents.
